Adjusting the volume to an appropriate level is a breeze, which greatly enhances the user experience. This thoughtful design element is great for cardiac scans allowing you to turn down the volume so you don’t disturb the patient.

While the depth and focal zone being on the same button might take a little getting used to, it does make more sense than some other machines that combine depth and frequency controls. The consolidation of these functions streamlines the scanning process and minimizes the risk of accidental adjustments.

The presets on the Philips Cx50 can be a tad challenging to navigate, but once you familiarize yourself with them, they become more manageable. The rest of the buttons are well-placed and easy to locate, ensuring that you can access the necessary functions without much hassle.
